Our Process
1.
Get in Touch
Give us a call! You will speak directly with Stephanie to discuss your concerns and have your questions answered. During your consultation call, we will determine if an evaluation is recommended.
2.
Begin with an Evaluation
We will begin with an evaluation to understand your child's unique skills and challenges. Results and recommendations will be reviewed, and together we will develop a treatment plan and appropriate goals.
3.
Attend Your First Sesssion
We are committed to delivering efficient and effective therapy. Once therapy begins, we will take regular data to ensure your child is making progress towards achieving their goals.
4.
Achieve Your Goals
We believe children should not spend longer than necessary in therapy. Every aspect of therapy is carefully planned to support our clients in developing functional skills and lifelong success.
Physician and Provider Referrals
We accept referrals directly from parents as well as from physicians and other providers. Please review our process below and fax referral forms to 248-918-4161.

-
Providers can fax signed orders for an evaluation to the number above
-
Currently, we are in-network with Tricare-East and in the process of becoming an in-network provider with BCBS and Priority Health insurance companies. For families who are out-of-network, we will share a guide to help verify out-of-network benefits and provide superbills to submit for reimbursement
-
When we receive a referral from a provider, we will contact the parent/caregiver of the client to schedule an initial appointment for an evaluation
-
The results of the evaluation will be used to determine a plan of care in collaboration with the family
-
Evaluation reports will be shared with referring physicians and any other approved provider on the child's team
Referrals from Parents
We accept referrals directly from parents as well as from physicians and other providers. It is best practice to discuss your concerns with your pediatrician/specialist and obtain a prescription from your doctor. This prescription allows the entire care team to be involved and work together. If you are billing insurance or submitting a Superbill, a prescription is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. Please contact us to discuss your concerns and to determine if a physician's prescription is needed.
